3 Tools That Hide Your Browsing History Hey, your ISP has tracked your browsing for a long time, but advertisers are probably worse! Want to keep as much info about yourself to yourself as possible? Run HTTPS Everywhere, and Privacy Badger, and/or uBlock Origin, not just a VPN if you want to keep private!
VPN On A Router Is Slow... Yes, you can run a VPN on a router to hide all the traffic in your house from an ISP...  find out which routers can tunnel to a VPN, what it does to your download speeds, and what happens with sites like Netflix or Steam in the video! BTW, the ISPs all say they won't sell your brower history! (Here's Hak5's VPN episodes!)
QNAP TS-251A NAS Review Courtney's looking for a new NAS box, and writes, "Right now I'm focused on the QNAP TS451. Would you recommend anything different?" Shannon reviews the QNAP TS-251A, which runs the same OS as the 451... and adds some cool media features. Watch the video for performance info and more!
DNS Leaks?!? Debra B writes, "I was wondering how to tell if DNS leaking is a problem. And if it is a problem, what do I do about it? The VPN supports an option to combat this, but they issue a warning: "Only set this parameter if you REALLY need to!" Do I really need to?" We explain DNS leaks in the video, why you might worry, and demo dnsleaktest.com
Backup To Raspberry Pi Bill says, "I use my R Pi 2 "NAS" as backup only and it works quite well.  I have two 2TB, a 4 TB and two 5 TB drives connected via a USB hub as JBOD,  I use SyncToy to backup my data.  Just in case you wonder why so much storage, most of the data are video files." JBOD = Just A Bunch of Disks, which reminds us of Stablebit DrivePool for Windows!
Where's The Car Radiator Cooler??? Seerpea posted on patreon.com/tekthing, "Patrick, with fans that big why didn't you use the car radiator cooler?" We show off the biggest liquid cooler ever, and explain why we went with Corsair's H110i GTX Liquid Cooler instead!
Do Something Analog! Like Moses, who writes, "My favorite museum is the Polynesia cultural center, located in Hawaii. It is awesome, you basically enter replica villages of the different tribes / people who lived on Hawaii & the other islands located near Hawaii. It is the most beautiful & most educational museums I have ever visited.
